Bookings

On initial contact, if a suitable booking period is available, a tentative booking is made. This tentative booking is held for fourteen days only.

If you wish to confirm your booking you should return the Booking Agreement form together with the $500 deposit before the end of this fourteen day period.

Any tentative bookings which have not been confirmed at the end of fourteen days will be deemed to have lapsed and will be made available for new lettings.
